What you will do
- Administer Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Admin Console, Google Vault, Drive, Docs, Meet, Chat, and mobile device management.
- Manage identity and access through Okta or other SSO providers, MFA, and automated user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Configure DNS, VPN, remote access, connectivity, endpoint security, BYOD policies, and support for Windows and Mac devices.
- Implement Google Workspace backup, disaster recovery, DLP, security, compliance, monitoring, alerting, and audit reporting.
- Integrate third-party applications such as CRM systems and Slack, and evaluate tools through the Workspace Marketplace.
- Use Claude and Claude Code daily to build and maintain scripts and internal tooling for repetitive IT operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or a related role.
- High proficiency with Windows and Mac, plus experience supporting both on-site and remote employees.
- Experience with Gmail, Okta, DNS, CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, VPN technologies, cloud platforms, virtualization, and endpoint security.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools, ideally Claude and Claude Code.
- Working proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Google Apps Script for reading, modifying, testing, and debugging automation code.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with familiarity with ticketing and IT service management platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications.
