What you will do

• Provide technical support to client institutions and processors to ensure high service quality.
• Create and test Linux scripts for installation and activation by vendor field engineers.
• Perform remote system installations and configuration of hirify.global Endpoint servers.
• Manage incidents and changes in strict compliance with ITIL and operational policies.
• Diagnose technical issues efficiently by reviewing application and network traces.
• Ensure all server deployments follow security guidelines and meet operational acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience with Linux system administration.
• Basic programming and scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or Perl.
• Experience in IT Operations and Project Delivery.
• Ability to work on a 10-12 hour shift schedule.
