BIM Modeler (Revit)

What you will do

• Create, update, and revise BIM models and drawings throughout the project life cycle.
• Build and modify models and drawings from laser scanner point clouds and other project inputs.
• Prepare BIM deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of models, drawings, and families.
• Develop internal modeling standards and guidelines for work planning.
• Coordinate modeling, deliverables, and revisions with overseas colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar BIM modeling role.
• Experience with infrastructure projects such as tunnels, bridges, train tracks, and stations.
• Proficiency with BIM software including Revit and Navisworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization, time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
