Sr Systems Analyst (OnBase/Braineware)

What you will do

• Analyze requirements, design, implement, upgrade, support, and maintain healthcare information systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, correct errors, manage user security, and implement system modifications and optimizations.
• Perform functional and integrated testing, data imports and exports, and basic reporting.
• Coordinate projects by defining scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Communicate with business partners, vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout project delivery.
• Provide end-user support, classroom and individual training, readiness assessments, and training-content development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or six years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical workflows, patient flow, medical terminology, electronic medical records, and supported clinical systems.
• Senior-level understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications, web services, reporting tools, and clinical data management.
• Ability to work remotely and maintain reliable communication with stakeholders and team members.
