Sr. Radar Analysis Engineer (AESA Radar)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama; US citizenship required. Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Provides mission engineering solutions for US Army aviation, ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target programs.

What you will do

• Develop and analyze a US Army radar system integrated with existing air and missile defense systems.
• Perform analytical reviews of radar data from modeling, simulation, and live events.
• Use data reduction software, data reduction outputs, and analysis tools.
• Report radar analysis results and formulate technical solutions for scheduled execution.
• Interface regularly with Government customers and contractor subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM field with 8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Expertise in AESA radar hardware, radar architecture, and signal processing.
• Knowledge of DoD systems engineering processes and ability to provide subject-matter expertise.
• Working knowledge of C, C++, MATLAB, and Python.
• Must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Nice to have

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience directly supporting a Government customer.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and consensus-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
