What you will do

• Analyze paid campaigns to meet ROAS targets and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency across search, social, and affiliate channels.
• Co-create campaign strategies with the Media Team to maximize ROI and support business innovation.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience, Brand, Product Marketing, Research and UX, Finance, and other teams on omnichannel campaigns.
• Provide campaign reporting, insights, and forecasts for new product launches.
• Manage partner and agency timelines, budgets, forecasts, billing, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of analytics or paid media experience, preferably in performance analytics at a brand or agency.
• Experience analyzing data to improve campaign efficiency and business growth.
• Experience with SQL and Google Analytics.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
