Associate Director, Pricing & Proposals (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Lead the global Pricing & Proposals team supporting the Digital Physiology business unit.
• Oversee the development of pricing documents, proposals, Statements of Service, change orders, and other client-required materials within SLAs and deadlines.
• Identify and lead process optimization and system enhancement initiatives.
• Support the implementation and adoption of bidding, pricing, and other departmental technologies.
• Develop KPI reporting tools and provide regular departmental metrics.
• Build stakeholder relationships and manage team performance, career paths, training, and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an MBA.
• 10+ years of experience in pricing and proposals, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or CRO environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong change management, process improvement, communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
• Applicants must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• 7+ years of people leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
