Senior Strategy & Analytics Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: United States Work at Home; fully remote in select geographies. Candidates residing within 50 miles of Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Denver, CO; Scottsdale, AZ; or St. Louis, MO must work onsite 3 days per week.

Annual salary: $112,800–$188,000, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Develop business cases, evaluate strategic options, and assess costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives.
• Identify data needs, source operational data, perform analysis, and uncover trends and business opportunities.
• Develop testing plans, monitor performance indicators, and investigate emerging issues.
• Translate complex analytical work into concise presentations and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Use a product management mindset to translate Operations needs into business requirements for Tech partners.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Analytics teams on C&CE strategy and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant analytics or management consulting experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• At least two years of experience building, managing, or using business models such as optimization, predictive analysis, forecasting, or financial/credit modeling.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, project planning, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Home internet must use cable broadband or fiber with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Nice to have

• MBA or another relevant advanced degree, such as an MS in Analytics.
• Eight or more years of analytics or management consulting experience.
• Four or more years of end-to-end model design and ownership experience.
• At least two years of healthcare, Operations, or Customer Experience experience.
