Principal Solutions Portfolio Lead (Cloud and Security)

Location: Remote - USA

Annual base salary: $133,000–$175,000, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the expert point of view, strategy, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market evolution for Cloud and Security solutions.
• Design packaged learning solutions covering audiences, business problems, outcomes, structures, milestones, courses, labs, assessments, and program management.
• Maintain a 12–18 month roadmap with new levels, variants, and accelerators aligned to market shifts.
• Test and refine cohorts, learning formats, level structures, assessments, and service overlays using experiments, learner data, and customer feedback.
• Track solution KPIs including pipeline, win rate, adoption, completion, and outcome metrics, and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Curriculum, Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, SMEs, and enterprise customers to support strategic deals and deliver differentiated learning experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical content development, or a related field.
• Experience defining and launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity technologies and how organizations adopt and operationalize them.
• Experience designing blended learning programs combining on-demand learning, virtual instructor-led training, and structured program management.
• Experience working with enterprise sales and customers to shape multi-stakeholder deals and align learning solutions with business priorities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, prioritization, market analysis, and data-informed decision-making skills.
