Director, Product Management (Passkey Authentication)

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $215,000–$245,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Passkey Solution.
• Translate FIDO2, WebAuthn, and CTAP2 standards into differentiated product features and relying-party integrations.
• Orchestrate the full product lifecycle while balancing technical quality and speed to market.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on pricing and packaging for SaaS and hybrid delivery models.
• Track product KPIs including customer lifetime value, Net Promoter Score, and help desk incident reduction.
• Engage customers, prospects, analysts, and industry events to validate product direction and advocate for passwordless authentication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in authentication, identity and access management, or cybersecurity products.
• Deep expertise in passkeys, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and relying-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of regulated markets, especially financial services and fintech, and related compliance frameworks.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions, prioritization, and scope trade-offs.
• Track record of taking complex enterprise-grade security products from concept to successful market adoption.

Nice to have

• Participation in FIDO Alliance working groups or related standards bodies.
• Experience shipping cloud-delivered security platforms and SaaS products.
