What you will do
- Design, configure, test, and deliver supplier sustainability programs.
- Translate complex client, industry, business, and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions.
- Conduct data analysis, data quality reviews, and workflow validation.
- Create guidance materials, training content, and user documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, external partners, internal experts, product teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, program optimization, and monitoring of ESG and regulatory developments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, SaaS, professional services, consulting, or a similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, environmental studies, politics, or a related field.
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders or customers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or process improvement.
- Ability to work independently within global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Basic coding or scripting skills.
- Experience with ESG, supply chain, GRC, or risk management platforms.
- Background in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or human rights reporting frameworks.
