Senior Staff Business Analyst (Data Analytics)

Location: Fully remote in the United States or onsite in Krakow, Poland. Travel to Washington, DC and global hirify.global sites may be required, up to 10%.

Annual salary: $150,000–$170,000, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business goals and collect requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, and reports.
• Prioritize user stories across projects and releases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective data and analytics solutions.
• Support solution adoption across the data and analytics user community.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
• Strong skills in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI for analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, or data preparation.
• At least 3 years of experience working in Agile teams using sprints.
