What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance abuse recovery.
• Assess patients’ social, educational, economic, and vocational backgrounds and create individualized treatment plans.
• Manage intake, readmission, referrals, follow-up support, and inter-agency documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention, Office-Based Opioid Treatment services, and coordinated care with community providers.
• Support program launches, caseload management, community outreach, and team training.
• Maintain compliance with schedules, treatment policies, licensing standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Human services-related bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Valid counseling credentials required under state regulations, such as CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, LPC, or LMSW.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and human behavior.
• Sound judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to respond effectively in high-stress situations.
• Compliance with federal and state licensure and certification requirements.
