Principal Product Manager (Mortgages)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: £120,000–£130,000 per year, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Define and sequence the global mortgages roadmap in line with strategic goals.
• Lead structured discovery to validate desirability, viability, and feasibility.
• Translate complex and ambiguous problem spaces into focused workstreams.
• Drive informed trade-offs across user experience, revenue, and technical constraints.
• Partner with Design, Data, and Commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in mortgages or adjacent financial products is highly desirable.
• Proven experience shaping new product propositions from first principles.
• Strong product judgment within complex or regulated environments.
• Commercial awareness and a value-exchange mindset.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders without direct line authority.
