Group Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Manchester, UK. Employment requires legal authorization to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Shape and communicate the Membr product vision for gym software customers.
• Translate strategy into product roadmaps, priorities, operating rhythms, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, roadmap definition, and delivery for complex enterprise and SMB product problems.
• Partner with enterprise customers, commercial stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to validate opportunities and guide investment decisions.
• Lead AI transformation in the product function by modernizing workflows, discovery, prioritization, and decision-making practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or related leadership roles within technology or SaaS companies.
• Experience leading and developing Product Managers while directly owning complex product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and roadmap work.
• Proven ability to deliver complex roadmaps with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Commercial teams.
• Experience applying AI tools or AI-enabled practices to product workflows, discovery, analysis, delivery, or decision-making.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery.
• Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder engagement, commercial judgment, and change leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fitness, wellness, payments, franchising, or multi-location customer models.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading through organizational change or scale-up environments.
