Senior Sourcing Specialist (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage the full sourcing and procurement lifecycle for technical contracts, purchase orders, equipment, software, and services.
• Review vendor proposals, cost estimates, pricing, bids, commercial terms, and technical requirements to support supplier-selection decisions.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts and purchase orders, including scope, pricing, delivery dates, payment terms, and completion.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting on CAPEX and OPEX forecasting, budget tracking, invoice review, and purchasing plans.
• Track equipment and parts orders through shipment, delivery, receipt, reconciliation, and internal confirmation.
• Maintain vendor performance data and mitigate shortages, supply-chain constraints, pricing volatility, and delivery delays.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, contract administration, or vendor management.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts and purchase orders from request through completion.
• Strong knowledge of contract principles, commercial terms, procurement procedures, and vendor-management practices.
• Experience evaluating proposals, comparing bids, analyzing costs and pricing, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting CAPEX and OPEX forecasting, budget management, invoice accuracy, and purchasing controls.
• Strong organization, order management, communication, independent prioritization, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience procuring IT hardware, software, cloud services, infrastructure equipment, or professional services.
• Experience supporting procurement for data centers, cloud, AI infrastructure, or technology environments.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, contract-lifecycle-management, inventory, or vendor-performance-management systems.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing, total-cost-of-ownership analysis, and supplier-risk management.
