Senior iOS Engineer (Swift)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $190,000–$267,000 USD per year, plus potential equity and commission depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services for community builders.
• Build features end to end while ensuring performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver products.
• Contribute across technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
• Review code, design documents, product specifications, and mockups, providing constructive feedback.
• Define engineering standards, improve developer workflows, and coach and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a scalable computing environment.
• Ability to own projects end to end, from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new technologies, work independently, innovate, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or interest in Swift, Go, Python, and scalable systems is relevant to the technology environment.
