Location: Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

Salary: $196,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable iOS application architecture for advanced crypto trading features.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, reliable, and intuitive mobile trading tools.
  • Improve application performance, real-time data handling, and release stability.
  • Lead technical planning, system design reviews, and incident resolution for high-stakes features.
  • Mentor iOS engineers through code reviews and technical feedback.
  • Contribute to engineering standards and documentation to ensure long-term platform health.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in iOS development.
  • Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
  • Extensive experience with Swift and modern iOS development frameworks.
  • Proven ability to design mobile systems with scalable architecture and testing strategies.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex trading concepts into mobile experiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on financial platforms, trading systems, or real-time market data products.
