iOS Engineer, Government Products (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY; in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. The position is restricted to US citizens or lawful permanent residents.

Base pay for Zone 1 locations, including New York, NY: $166,000–$195,000 USD per year, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and maintain iOS features for retirement accounts, account management, and customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and data partners on customer-facing functionality.
• Improve application performance, testing practices, observability, and iOS release processes.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and scalable mobile architecture patterns.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and engineering processes that support reliability and maintainability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional iOS engineering experience shipping production mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks and architecture patterns.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, and backend engineering teams.
• Experience improving application quality through testing, performance optimization, and maintainable engineering practices.
• Clear technical communication and constructive participation in design, planning, and code reviews.
• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.
