Senior IT Manager, Contractor or FTC

What you will do

• Develop the IT roadmap, manage the annual budget, align technology investments with business goals, and report IT KPIs to leadership.
• Manage and secure corporate infrastructure, including networks, cloud resources, laptops, mobile devices, and SaaS applications.
• Oversee SSO, MDM, DLP, end-user support, hardware and software procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management.
• Lead secure employee onboarding and offboarding while managing vendors, contracts, SLAs, and costs.
• Own and test the disaster recovery plan against business-critical RTO and RPO targets.
• Provide IT, security, and compliance input for pre-sales RFIs and RFPs and improve operational efficiency through automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior IT roles, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong expertise in IT strategy, budgeting, KPI reporting, IT project leadership, vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA enforcement.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, and GDPR frameworks.
• Expertise in endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Azure, Atlassian, Zoom, scripting, automation, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Strong onsite presence is required five days per week in the London office.
