What you will do

• Manage portfolios and relationships for clients with large and complex account types.
• Apply investment objectives, strategies, and hirify.global's investment platform to client accounts.
• Lead growth of assets under management, client retention, and expansion of investment services in the market.
• Support or lead investment sales efforts for large and complex prospects.
• Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and hiring direction for investment professionals.
• Execute risk management practices and ensure adherence to hirify.global policies and Regulation 9.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of industry experience.
• Typically at least 5 years of prior management experience.
• Knowledge of investment management, portfolio management, client relationship management, financial modeling, and risk management.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, communication, sales management, and value-selling skills.
