What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement to identify customer needs.
• Recommend hirify.global banking solutions that support customer financial wellbeing, revenue growth, and loyalty.
• Build customer share of wallet through ecosystem partnerships and community relationships.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and use technology, tools, and resources to improve service.
• Manage customer problems, branch operations, and risk in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Successful candidates are subject to background checks required by applicable financial regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
