Partner Solutions Architect (Networking)

Location: San Jose, California (Hybrid); candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area are highly considered.

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 annually in base salary plus commission target.

What you will do

• Train and enable strategic partners on hirify.global and Lumen solutions, positioning, and technical capabilities.
• Work with partners to develop customer solutions for networking and security requirements.
• Create partner-facing technical content, including presentations, videos, and PDFs.
• Participate in partner and industry events and webinars to present joint solutions.
• Provide competitive intelligence and differentiation for partner engagements.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to support partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role with partner- or customer-facing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to solution design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
