What you will do

• Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with market-unit go-to-market plans and objectives.
• Build brand awareness, manage brand identity, and create locally relevant advertising campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Generate leads through events, digital campaigns, social media, search engine marketing, and partner collaboration.
• Localize and execute global and regional marketing programs while coordinating with global marketing teams.
• Provide market research, competitor intelligence, campaign analysis, and regular marketing reports to support sales.
• Manage the CRM system, lead lists, marketing budget, and collaboration across marketing and business development functions.

Requirements

• Proven success in a similar role within an enterprise software sales organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, pressure, and deadlines.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Business-level English and the appropriate local language for the market are required.
• Resourcefulness, reliability, tact, discretion, and the ability to handle complex situations.
