What you will do

• Build and execute territory-specific marketing strategies in the Middle East, Africa, and France.
• Lead end-to-end execution of physical and virtual field marketing programs and events.
• Collaborate with sales and SDR teams to optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and evaluate campaign ROI.
• Leverage data to refine and optimize marketing plans and program performance.
• Coordinate with corporate and EMEA marketing teams to ensure alignment on regional objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing field marketing events, including proprietary and third-party events.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business results through strategic marketing programs.
• Fluent in English and French required; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced enterprise software environment.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in optimizing marketing plans and KPIs.
• Ability to travel occasionally for onsite event execution.
