Senior Lab Technician (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Execute experimental laboratory work according to defined expectations and schedules.
• Generate and collect high-quality experimental data while collaborating with scientists and laboratory technicians.
• Maintain and qualify laboratory equipment and contribute to equipment work instructions.
• Maintain the workplace and order raw materials and consumables according to project needs.
• Implement laboratory and equipment-management best practices and improve departmental business processes.
• Report issues promptly and support other departmental activities while continuing professional development.

Requirements

• Degree in life science.
• Experience with CHO cell culture, gene integration, transfection, AMBR, STR, scale-up, DOE, and IgG production.
• Experience with IgG purification, UF/DF, viral clearance, formulation studies, and scale-up.
• Experience with pilot-scale cell culture equipment, single-use systems, process consistency, and process control strategies.
• Experience with protein chemistry, biomolecular, and bioanalytical methods, including LC/MS, HPLC, Real-Time PCR, and SPR.
• Fluent English is required.
