Technician Laboratory / Senior Technician Laboratory (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Prepare and execute cell culture studies using shake flasks and small bioreactors.
• Perform protein purification studies using chromatography, KrosFlo, and UFDF equipment.
• Transfer analytical methods and execute assays to assess product quality.
• Write SOPs, study protocols, and other laboratory documentation.
• Analyse experimental data, contribute to experimental design, and propose laboratory improvements.
• Manage laboratory equipment, prepare solutions and media, support equipment qualification, and collaborate with QC, MFG, QA, and US Process Sciences laboratories.

Requirements

• HES engineering degree or university bachelor’s degree with laboratory experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a biotechnology laboratory, including recombinant protein purification.
• Knowledge of analytical methods is preferred.
• Ability to follow laboratory safety rules and work in a highly regulated, rapidly changing environment.
• French and good English at B1–B2 level required.
• Strong team spirit and commitment to business integrity and ethics.
