Trust Real Estate Asset Manager

hirify.global provides Private Bank services and manages investment real estate assets for trust accounts.

What you will do

• Analyze, advise on, manage, and report on portfolios of investment real estate assets while identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks.
• Acquire, maintain, and liquidate real estate assets according to governing documents and prudent account management practices.
• Manage leases, including negotiations, tenant creditworthiness, tenant improvements, tenant relations, and receivables.
• Oversee capital expenditures, routine maintenance, property management companies, appraisers, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain asset documentation, conduct on-site inspections, and manage insurance coverage and claims.
• Monitor property taxes and support new business development with attorneys, CPAs, and other centers of influence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; accounting, finance, general business, management, or real estate is preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate or asset management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer modeling skills, including robust Excel and Argus capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
