People Experience Advisor - Italian Speaking (Inside IR35 Day Rate Contract - 6m)

What you will do

• Provide People Experience support to colleagues across the EMEA region and manage employee cases in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs.
• Manage family leave, flexible working, benefits, onboarding, and new starter induction processes.
• Complete referencing and right-to-work checks in line with screening policies and Home Office requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in Workday and other HR systems.
• Prepare contracts, letters, and other employee documentation accurately and on time.
• Identify case trends, improve processes, support employee and manager self-service, and escalate unresolved issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a People Experience or HR Advisory role, with exposure to HR processes and policies across multiple EMEA countries.
• Good English communication skills are required; Italian is preferred.
• Good understanding of UK and wider EMEA HR legal principles.
• In-depth knowledge of UK right-to-work requirements and compliance processes.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to manage complex requests and demanding workloads.
• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is desirable.
