Training Facilitator (Political Organizing)

What you will do

• Lead 2-4 live virtual training sessions daily for volunteer captains across the country.
• Design and refine training content and materials in collaboration with the Training Manager.
• Adapt training delivery styles to engage diverse audiences, including rural and exurban volunteer bases.
• Support office hours and peer learning sessions to keep volunteers confident and prepared.
• Gather and relay feedback from training sessions to improve the curriculum continuously.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
• Outgoing, charismatic personality with strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Experience in performance-based or people-facing roles such as theater, teaching, or customer service.
• Proficiency in facilitating on virtual platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in volunteer management or political organizing.
• Familiarity with rural communities.
