What you will do

• Deliver live, synchronous instruction for healthcare-related courses in an 11-week quarter format.
• Lead case-based discussions and applied exercises to foster student engagement.
• Grade assignments and provide substantive, timely feedback to students.
• Supervise capstone and applied projects.
• Integrate digital tools and AI-powered educational resources into coursework.
• Collaborate with program leadership to evolve and improve the curriculum.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US to comply with employment and payroll requirements.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience (hospitals, health systems, or payer organizations).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education.
• Comfort with digital tools, LMS platforms, and video conferencing.
• Availability to teach live sessions between 6 and 10 PM EST.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching online live.
• Experience with EHR systems or revenue cycle management.
• Professional certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CMRS, CHC, or CHFP.
• Experience serving first-generation or nontraditional students.
