Marketing Campaigns Specialist

hirify.global is a software company with a marketing team focused on campaign execution across email, automation, and social media channels.

What you will do

• Build and send email campaigns in HubSpot according to campaign goals and the broader marketing automation strategy.
• Set up and maintain automated workflows, nurture sequences, and triggered sends.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content while supporting social listening and community engagement.
• Coordinate with content and design resources to keep social assets on-brand and on schedule.
• Build audience segments, maintain marketing lists, perform deduplication and data quality checks, and support consent compliance.
• Assist with campaign documentation, scheduling, asset requests, and other day-to-day marketing coordination.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or campaign support.
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot to build and send emails.
• Familiarity with marketing automation concepts, including workflows, segmentation, and list management.
• Experience supporting or executing social media content and scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
