What you will do

• Manage and optimize SEO and SEA initiatives, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Develop campaign-aligned landing pages and refine calls to action across channels.
• Build and execute email marketing flows, including automations, drips, transactional emails, and mass campaigns.
• Manage social media and content initiatives focused on lead generation, awareness, and product visibility.
• Track conversions, campaign performance, and ROI; test and iterate using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and Leadership to improve lead quality, brand consistency, and delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, lead generation, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Figma.
• Data-driven, analytical, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Zapier.
• Ability to use tools pragmatically, including writing effective ChatGPT prompts.
