Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (AI)

Location: Remote, California, United States; Monday–Friday schedule with three 11am–8pm and two 9am–6pm PST shifts.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Provide remote treatment, management, and guidance for members with diabetes, obesity, and other chronic conditions.
• Conduct health assessments using laboratory results, medical histories, psychosocial histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and provide dosage and administration instructions according to clinical policy.
• Manage high-risk populations and address social determinants of health and population-specific needs.
• Deliver telemedicine care, document accurately in the clinical platform, and maintain detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with health coaches, registered nurses, physicians, and medical leadership to coordinate care and improve member outcomes.

Requirements

• California APRN state license; willingness to obtain and maintain additional state licenses.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• 3–5 years of experience as an advanced practice provider.
• Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine.
• Experience managing patients remotely across multiple geographic areas and states.
• Clinical experience with diverse populations, including underserved groups, plus strong medical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
