Senior Product Manager (SaaS): Owning implementation and platform capabilities that turn manual onboarding, data migration, configuration, infrastructure, and productivity workflows into scalable products with an accent on faster go-lives, reliability, and developer experience. Focus on defining implementation health metrics, building self-serve tooling, and solving complex cross-functional delivery challenges across engineering, design, customer success, services, and sales.

is a fast-growing SaaS company building technology for accounting firms to manage their revenue lifecycle.
What you will do
- Own the implementation roadmap and remove time-consuming, high-risk steps from the critical path.
- Turn engineer-dependent setup into self-serve configuration, data migration, mapping, and administrative tooling.
- Work directly with Implementation Managers and accounting firms during real go-lives to identify migration, mapping, and expectation issues.
- Own platform capabilities across infrastructure, reliability, developer experience, and productivity tooling.
- Define and track implementation health metrics, including time to go-live, escalation volume, and manual touchpoints.
- Partner with engineering, design, Services, Customer Success, sales, and go-to-market teams to deliver and launch improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience.
- Strong product roadmapping skills, including problem selection, prioritization, and clear communication.
- Strong product lifecycle judgment and the ability to understand customer problems deeply.
- Proven ability to ship software, align teams, and course-correct during execution.
- Ability to develop domain expertise, create clarity, and bring energy to cross-functional work.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with implementation, onboarding, or professional services tooling.
- Experience with data migration or complex customer configuration.
- Experience owning infrastructure, developer tooling, or other technical product areas.
- Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace.
