Design Verification Technical Lead (IC/SoC)

What you will do

• Lead verification strategy and execution for assigned design-under-test blocks.
• Guide verification engineers in creating test plans aligned with design specifications and architecture requirements.
• Develop verification environments, testbenches, test sequences, test patterns, and stimulus scenarios.
• Run simulations, analyze waveforms, debug RTL issues, and manage regression testing.
• Track functional and code coverage, prepare verification documentation, and support sign-off readiness.
• Develop automation scripts, reusable verification components, and Verification IP while collaborating with design, architecture, and physical implementation teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in IC/SoC functional verification.
• Strong debugging skills with RTL simulation and waveform analysis tools.
• Proficiency in UVM, SystemVerilog, Verilog, and SVA.
• Strong knowledge of AXI, NoC, and RISC-V protocols.
• Experience leading verification efforts and mentoring engineers, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
