Supervisor 1 (Medical Device Manufacturing)

Salary: $28.40–$32.50 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise department personnel, equipment, processes, safety, housekeeping, and daily operations.
• Organize workflows, manage personnel assignments, investigate delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain product quality and quantity standards while supporting completion of the master production schedule.
• Train, evaluate, upgrade, and review operators, including completion of training audits and annual recertifications.
• Verify product identification, complete route sheets and assigned documentation, and distribute department status reports.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment problems and ensure established procedures and regulations are followed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes for pacing, defibrillation, and multifunction electrodes.
• Ability to perform all department operations at a level sufficient to train employees.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for electrode assembly instruction.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
