Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, United States. Flexible work may combine onsite and remote work, with possible transition to full-time onsite based on business needs. Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment.
Salary: $105,600β$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for the Incentive Plan.

What you will do
- Lead technical strategies and deliverables for the Atherectomy portfolio within the R&D Released Product Management team.
- Develop test strategies, test methods, validation plans, and product evaluation activities for stent therapies and related products.
- Perform hands-on laboratory testing, product characterization, data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
- Prepare and review technical reports and documentation in accordance with quality management system procedures.
- Support regulatory submission strategies, PPAP activities, equipment qualification, revalidation, and operational initiatives.
- Mentor less-experienced engineers and coordinate execution across engineering, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and other functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with no required experience.
- Experience with product and process development, technical documentation, validation, and engineering problem-solving.
- Ability to lead test method development and validation, equipment qualification, technical reporting, and cross-functional projects.
- For bachelor's degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. Β§ 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
