Partnerships Manager (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands; full-time, in-office role at the Amsterdam HQ. Includes 30 work-from-anywhere days per year.

hirify.global is a subscription platform for creators, designers, and crafters, offering a large commercially licensed content library and AI tools for generating and editing creative assets.

What you will do

• Own the partnerships pipeline from company research and outreach through negotiation, launch, and ongoing development.
• Identify and build relationships with AI companies, technology platforms, model providers, and infrastructure companies.
• Develop partnership concepts involving product integrations, AI models, launches, distribution, and joint marketing.
• Secure early access to new AI models, APIs, features, and technology.
• Build business cases, assess commercial value, negotiate terms, and coordinate contracts.
• Drive execution with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Growth, and leadership teams to launch and scale partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar external-facing commercial role.
• Experience managing opportunities end to end, from outreach through negotiation and execution.
• Strong commercial judgment, communication, organisation, and proactive outreach skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Strong understanding of technology businesses and digital products, with a genuine interest in AI.
• Ability to work in-office at the Amsterdam HQ in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships within the AI or technology ecosystem.
• Experience negotiating API, technology, or product-integration partnerships.
• Experience with joint product launches, co-marketing, or distribution partnerships.
• Experience building a partnerships function in an early-stage or fast-moving environment.
