What you will do
- Assist with the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate needs into functional solutions.
- Support project tracking, milestone visibility, and status reporting for implementation initiatives.
- Configure dashboards, reports, workflows, and user access controls.
- Facilitate recurring status meetings and lead post-go-live support efforts.
- Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT support, SaaS platform support, or systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (SPM, CSM, or ITSM modules).
- Solid understanding of Project Management principles, including task tracking and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or upgrades.
- ITIL certification or strong familiarity with ITIL concepts.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or data imports.
- Background in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
- Knowledge of Power Apps or QuickBase.
