Lead Analyst, People Analytics

What you will do

• Partner with senior People leaders and cross-functional teams to shape data-driven workforce decisions.
• Lead exploratory and predictive analyses covering talent trends, emerging risks, and the employee lifecycle.
• Design, evolve, and maintain decision-oriented dashboards for key people metrics.
• Collaborate with People Tech and data teams to improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data from Workday, survey platforms, and planning tools.
• Develop AI-enabled insights and own end-to-end analytics initiatives with hypotheses, success metrics, and outcome presentations.
• Mentor analysts and support measurable outcomes across people programs.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in people analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Tableau or a similar visualization tool.
• Strong communication, data storytelling, stakeholder influence, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, data-rich environments and navigating ambiguity, tradeoffs, and risk.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
