Tech Lead

What you will do

• Lead the technical element of a four-week way-of-working and process audit across technology teams.
• Work with product squads across Mobile, Loyalty, and AI to understand how work flows between teams.
• Map processes, handover points, dependencies, and integration bottlenecks.
• Assess how modern front-end products interact with legacy backend systems and middle-layer APIs.
• Interview and shadow technical teams while building relationships with developers, engineers, and technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical recommendations, coach developers, and collaborate with Product and Delivery Leads on transformation improvements.

• Strong technical expertise and experience leading technical work.
• Experience solving complex problems collaboratively and navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to understand processes across multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and teammates.
