M&A & New Markets Tech Lead

Location: Hybrid working from Warsaw or Kraków, Poland

What you will do

• Coordinate technical due diligence for acquisitions, including external assessment partners and structured risk, gap, and integration-complexity analysis.
• Lead post-acquisition technology integration across people, processes, systems, milestones, and budgets.
• Prepare technology foundations for organic market launches, including architecture, tooling, access, technical requirements, and process standards.
• Accelerate adoption of OneTech standards by monitoring maturity, resolving local exceptions, and coordinating formal approvals.
• Collaborate with market technology leads, architecture and domain teams, People teams, and external partners.
• Build integration playbooks, templates, status documentation, and a knowledge base of lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technology integration, M&A technology, or a related area.
• At least 3 years of project or programme management experience.
• Experience working with stakeholders across markets and within an international organisation.
• Ability to assess technology landscapes, identify gaps against standards, and apply IT architecture and enterprise systems principles.
• Structured approach to managing workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and delivery reporting.
• Fluent English required; strong communication and influencing skills across cultures and seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating technology due diligence or applying M&A and integration management frameworks.
• Experience in IT architecture, solution design, change management, or technology adoption.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, or a comparable operational framework.
• Familiarity with European technology regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or a similar industry; project management or ITIL Foundation certification.
