Company

Develops life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases through science and innovation.

What you will do

  • Perform antibody bioconjugation with bifunctional chelating agents such as DFO and DOTA, as well as fluorescent probes.
  • Generate and characterize Zr-89, Cu-64, and other radiolabeled antibody tracers for preclinical imaging.
  • Purify radiolabeled products and perform quality control using radio-HPLC, radio-iTLC, gamma counting, SE-HPLC, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, and UV/Vis spectroscopy.
  • Maintain mammalian cell cultures and conduct cell-based assays to validate tracer binding and function.
  • Coordinate tracer preparation timelines with imaging scientists and project teams across therapeutic areas.

  • Hands-on experience in protein chemistry and bioconjugation, or strong foundational knowledge with willingness to learn.
  • Experience with HPLC, FPLC, or column chromatography and mammalian cell culture.
  • Comfort working with radioactive materials and willingness to complete radiation safety training.
  • Computer proficiency, including Excel, Prism, or similar data analysis software, and electronic laboratory notebook systems.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.

Culture & Benefits

  • Collaborative, fast-paced laboratory environment focused on reliability, precision, and independent work after training.
