What you will do

• Coordinate end-of-month financial closing and maintain documentation for audit and compliance.
• Prepare quarterly consolidated financials, statutory statements, directors’ reports, and management reporting for multiple entities.
• Manage external audits and coordinate with local management and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support tax compliance, the Tax Control Framework, chamber of commerce reporting, and internal control testing.
• Develop accounting policies and technical accounting memos, advise on complex finance matters, and initiate process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, plus a postgraduate qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or RA.
• At least 9 years of progressive experience in technical accounting, reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation, and external audit coordination.
• Combination of Big Four and industry experience.
• Strong understanding and application of IFRS standards.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance, and advanced Excel.
• Accurate English communication and comprehension required; Dutch is a plus.

• Experience with BPC.
• Dutch language skills.
