Director, Global Strategic Marketing (AI)

Location: Remote - Massachusetts, United States; approximately 10–20% domestic and international travel.

Estimated base salary: $168,750–$258,750 annually, plus eligible bonus or commission and potential equity.

What you will do

• Own global marketing strategy and annual plans for the Chromatography portfolio, including resins and pre-packed columns.
• Translate business objectives into multichannel demand-generation programs that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Lead market positioning, segmentation, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy for technical markets.
• Integrate AI into content generation, campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
• Develop scientifically sound content and integrated campaigns across digital, technical, field, web, email, and video channels.
• Manage marketing KPIs and budget, optimize ROI, and lead a small team while influencing a global matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, or related industries.
• Experience in global product commercialization and integrated marketing strategy.
• Expertise in segmentation, positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and digital tools to improve marketing productivity and performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, leadership, and talent development skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced scientific degree.
• Experience in chromatography or downstream bioprocessing.
