What you will do

• Define and execute the global marketing strategy, positioning, and brand messaging.
• Lead the transformation of the brand toward an AI-driven, platform-based offering.
• Drive product marketing, focusing on value propositions, product launches, and ROI storytelling.
• Develop enterprise demand generation, ABM programs, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
• Oversee PR, thought leadership, analyst relations, and industry events.
• Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Senior B2B marketing leadership experience within the enterprise technology sector.
• Proven experience building a marketing division from the ground up.
• Specific experience marketing RFID-enabled solutions and complex hardware+software platforms.
• Track record of leading global teams and managing operations across different regions.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1+)
