Senior Performance Marketing Director

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid workplace with office-based work in Amsterdam

What you will do

• Oversee daily performance across paid search, social, display, and partnership channels.
• Manage the global marketing investment budget and drive customer acquisition, profitability, efficiency, and return on investment.
• Develop a unified investment strategy across global markets and channels.
• Experiment with machine learning and AI tools to automate marketing programs and run rapid testing cycles.
• Lead and mentor an international team of approximately 20 people, including senior functional leads.
• Partner with product, analytics, finance, Google, Meta, senior leaders, and shareholders on growth, measurement, and market development.

Requirements

• Deep performance marketing expertise, especially in mobile marketing and paid social.
• Proven experience managing large budgets and complex marketing metrics.
• Experience leading international teams in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex data clearly to executive boards.
• Formal degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
