Portfolio Management Lead, Enterprise Technology Prioritization

Location: Remote position associated with Louisville, KY; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve enterprise technology prioritization using Lean Portfolio Management principles.
• Design submission deliverables, timelines, governance materials, and readiness activities for quarterly prioritization decisions.
• Coordinate with Business, Tech Finance, Technology Leadership, the Transformation Office, COO organization, and segment portfolio teams.
• Coach portfolio leaders and teams on portfolio governance, planning, reporting, and prioritization practices.
• Provide enterprise-level data updates, dashboards, scorecards, and inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Facilitate prioritization check-ins, executive updates, training, communications, and knowledge management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO leadership, strategic planning, governance, business operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale, highly visible programs involving multiple project teams.
• Experience with portfolio governance, reporting, planning, performance management, executive dashboards, and scorecards.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, Agile delivery methodologies, and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional influencing skills.

Nice to have

• SAFe certification, preferably Lean Portfolio Management or SAFe Practice Consultant.
• Experience facilitating executive reviews, governance forums, and enterprise-wide planning.
• Experience with ServiceNow PPM, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
