Senior Accounting Analyst (Ecommerce)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work in Brooklin Paulista

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review Financial Statements, ECD, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Ensure bookkeeping complies with BR GAAP, IFRS, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate accounting interactions with external auditors, government authorities, Tax BPO, and internal finance teams.
• Map, document, and improve accounting and financial processes while strengthening internal controls.
• Support Dynamics 365 configuration, tax reform implementation, regulatory changes, and strategic finance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting.
• Solid experience with Financial Statements, accounting close, audit support, ECD, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and process-assessment skills.
• Advanced English required for interaction with global teams.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Controllership, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with Dynamics 365.
